0%As the CEO of the Voice of Differently Abled Persons (VODAP), I, alongside the entire organization, want to express our firm commitment to the principles of integrity, equality, and respect. This Code of Conduct is a testament to our values and our unwavering stance against discrimination, exploitation, and any form of harassment. We are dedicated to serving the youth, both male and female, in Afghanistan, particularly those who face challenges related to disability, by providing them with opportunities for education, empowerment, and growth.
We stand for a society where all youth regardless of gender, disability, background, or social status have the right to access educational opportunities, personal development, and the tools they need to thrive. We are fully committed to advancing awareness and creating spaces for youth to engage with and contribute to their communities.
VODAP is dedicated to combating all forms of discrimination. We firmly believe that every person, regardless of their ability or circumstance, should have access to the same opportunities. We support efforts to raise awareness about the challenges faced by differently-abled individuals and provide a platform for them to be heard.
Sexual harassment in any form, whether physical, verbal, or online, will not be tolerated within VODAP. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all individuals—whether in person or in virtual spaces. Any form of exploitation or harassment is unacceptable and will be met with strict disciplinary actions. We encourage all youth, especially women and marginalized groups, to speak up and report any incidents of harassment without fear of retaliation.
VODAP is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, and non-affiliated organization. We are not aligned with any political party, government entity, or political group. Our primary focus is the empowerment of youth, particularly those who are differently-abled, through education, awareness campaigns, and seminars. We stand apart from any political or governmental influence to ensure our work remains neutral, objective, and focused on development.
VODAP operates without any external funding or financial backing. We do not raise funds and do not accept donations. Our services are entirely free of charge, as we believe that all educational opportunities and resources should be available to those who need them, without any financial barriers. Our core purpose is to provide educational seminars, workshops, and awareness-building activities for all youth, regardless of their economic status.
VODAP actively seeks partnerships with educational institutions, UN specialized agencies, and other reputable organizations to promote quality education and social justice in Afghanistan. We believe in the power of collaboration to achieve sustainable social change and provide meaningful opportunities for youth development.
VODAP is committed to transparency in all our activities. Our actions and operations are conducted in an open and accountable manner. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring that we remain trustworthy and reliable in all our endeavors.
We are committed to challenging all social evils, including but not limited to corruption, human rights violations, discrimination, gender inequality, and violence. Through educational initiatives and community awareness programs, VODAP actively advocates for the rights of marginalized youth and works toward a society that fosters equality, dignity, and respect for all individuals.
The Voice of Differently Abled Persons (VODAP) is dedicated to the social and educational empowerment of youth in Afghanistan. Through our initiatives, we seek to build a more inclusive society where every individual is given the chance to succeed, contribute, and be treated with dignity. Our strong stand against any form of harassment, discrimination, or exploitation reflects our core values of equality, integrity, and justice. We call upon all our stakeholders youth, educators, volunteers, and partners to adhere to these principles and work together to create a brighter future for Afghanistan's youth.
